Eden Roc Miami Beach Hotel, Miami Beach

I had an amazing experience during my stay, especially with the stunning oceanfront views from my room. The staff really made the trip special with their attentiveness, particularly at the poolside bar. The dining at Nobu was phenomenal, but I did find some areas that could use improvement, such as the management of room issues. Still, overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I can't wait to return.

While the hotel offers a great beachfront experience and spacious rooms, my stay was marred by inconsistent service, especially at the pool and dining areas. I appreciated the beautiful beach and amenities, but the lack of attention from staff and cleanliness issues left much to be desired.

I had a fantastic time at Eden Roc, where the spacious, modern rooms with amazing ocean views truly made my stay special. The welcoming service, particularly from Leah in management, helped resolve a couple of minor issues I had. However, I did notice that the pool service could have been better, and the breakfast wasn’t up to par on some occasions, which was a bit disappointing.
